WATERFORD has one of the highest rates in the country for road fatalities this year, Speaking on 'Deise Today' this morning (Thurs) Insp Paul Donohoe, Inspector for Roads Policing in the Waterford/Kilkenny/Carlow garda division, said eight people have lost their lives this year so far on Co Waterford roads.
