Cancer patients are often told to take it easy and rest up but is it actually good advice? Not according to Macmillan Cancer Support. They say the risk of breast cancer recurring or causing death can be reduced by up to 40% by doing recommended levels of physical activity. Our reporter Anna Quigley has been finding out how some local people are using exercise in their recovery from cancer.
