Staffel 3 – Folge 1 Neue Staffel, neues Glück! Die erste Folge von Staffel 3 ist gleichzeitig unser Silberjubiläum – und wir feiern das mit Teil 2 unserer Sonderfolge über Linus' Geburtsjahr 1973. Auch Raoul vom Podcast "Was mit Rock und Vinyl" ist wieder dabei. Also alles beim Alten, nur dass wir diesmal keine Songs aus dem Jahr 1973 besprechen, sondern gleich ganze Alben! Die Rollen sind dabei schnell verteilt: Raoul und Linus sind für den Mainstream und die großen Stars verantwortlich, während Torsten tapfer die Progressive-Rock-Fahne hochhält. Dass wir uns dabei in sämtliche Nesseln setzen, ist ja quasi vorprogrammiert, denn wie konnten wir denn allen Ernstes das Album X von Band Y vergessen?!? ;-) Herausgekommen ist unsere bisher längste Folge, und hören könnt ihr darin Musik von Pop bis Funk, von Prog bis Country, von Singer-Songwriter bis Easy Listening. Und sogar Frank Zappa, der sein eigenes Genre ist. Am Ende der Folge spielen wir außerdem noch ein paar Songs von Künstler*innen, die im Jahr 1973 geboren wurden. Today I'm going to teach you a song that's great for performing and listening to a steady beat using a hand drum.Listen ListenListen, listen, here I comeHow many beats upon my drum?Benefits of Listen ListenThis song is used to prepare pulse with a drum or other untuned percussionThe toneset is do-re-mi-so with a range of a Perfect 5th so good for little voices and for nervous teachersIt starts with the so-mi motif, which is easy for beginner singers to pitch accuratelyIt also contains so-mi-re-do so can be used later on when practising mi-re-do motifsThe rhythm is mostly simple but includes ti-tika, which is a more advanced rhythm so I wouldn’t use this for rhythm work initiallyThe fun game involves counting and taking turns with an untuned percussion instrumentThe GameThis is a very simple game.
