Missouri Lieutenant Governor Dave Wasinger (R) is strong proponent of working in the office. He joined us live on 939 the Eagle's "Wake Up Missouri," telling listeners that his immediate senior staff members will soon be mandated to work in the office five days a week. Lt. Governor Wasinger hopes some state agencies follow his lead. He tells listeners that working in the office improves productivity and it also ensures things get done. We also discussed the bipartisan issue of child care during the live interview. Lt. Governor Wasinger supports Governor Mike Kehoe's commitment to timely payments for child care providers who partner with the state to provide care. Governor Kehoe told state lawmakers last week that delays in payments from the state have made it difficult for providers to even stay open.
