PANAMA CITY BEACH – One person is dead following a two car accident in Panama City Beach early Tuesday morning.Just before 6 a.m., 29-year old Christopher T. Thomas of Panama City was killed when the 1997 Toyota Camry he was driving was struck by a tractor-trailer driven by Reginal Sidney, 38, of Humble, Texas.
