Missouri’s annual State of the Judiciary address originally set for Wednesday in Jefferson City has been canceled. The “Missouri Independent” reports Missouri Senate Republicans were going to boycott. Senate Republicans like State Sen. Rick Brattin (R-Harrisonville) are critical about recent judicial rulings, including last week’s decision that threw out a law that included changes to who writes ballot summaries.
