State Sen. Stephen Webber (D-Columbia) was heard shouting on the Missouri Senate floor in Jefferson City during last week's Senate bill-signings, which are normally routine. Senator Fitzwater tells listeners that passions are high now, emphasizing that he gets along with Senator Webber and has a lot of respect for him, despite policy disagreements.
