*I wrote this as a note to myself, but thought I’d post it publicly in case it helps others as much as it helps me.---Today is Monday.You didn’t have the best day yesterday. Sundays are often that way for you because you usually don’t do anything mentally stimulating. You instead just do dull chores which drain your energy. Remember as well that you’ve felt slightly unfocused the past couple of days. Let’s get back on the right track today.Priorities.Here are some bullet points for you to think about today:• Lean into courage• Write down a plan• Get in the zone• Run on clean energy• Flow through the day• Feel aligned with a higher purpose• Get to the gym. It’s mandatory.Be patient too.You’re going to be set up to have a great day if you keep those bullet points in mind. Don’t get too excited. Just keep moving. If you get too high on the highs you will get even lower on the lows. It takes time for fruits to appear. Keep watering the ground. One day at a time. Be as consistent as you can.Transformation is hard.When you feel like things are hard, you are growing. Difficulty = growth. It’s a good thing. You’ll look back and be grateful.Balance novelty and consistency.In order to keep evolving, you need to keep challenging yourself. At the same time, you need to be remarkably consistent with a small number of things for a long time. You need to get thousands of work outs in to be in stellar shape. You will need to make, likely 500 to 1,000 recorded Gujarati lessons.Balance pushing beyond your comfort zone with mastery within your comfort zone. You can’t only live outside your comfort zone.
