Listen to This One When You Feel Stuck

ISSA RERUN!  Don't match the energy of the office or anywhere else you DON'T want to be.  Recognize the room and the circumstances you're presently sitting in as the past.  Which means it doesn't need YOU.  You can even mentally remind yourself throughout the day, 'this is Past'.  You witness these scenes while being (aka feeling) Love.  You realize that they are just projections of who you used to be.  And now that you're being Love, you'll begin seeing Loving projections, new episodes that match all you've come to know your Self as.  BONUS: That body and mind you think is you, is also apart of the rerun episode.  So if it's upset, that's OKAY!  You couldn't feel any other way in this scene. That stuckness or frustration or sadness is just as much apart of the scene as the couch or lamp.  But for the first time, you are watching from and AS Love.  Witness the body, the mind, and the entirety of the rerun from your throne of awareness, knowing that all is well.
