Subject: Inquiry About Building Resilience Dear David, My name is Sarah Johnson, and I am a listener of the Join Up Dots podcast. I recently listened to an episode where you discussed the importance of building resilience and overcoming obstacles in life. This topic really resonated with me, and I am reaching out to ask for some advice on how to build resilience in my own life. I live in a suburb of Chicago called Naperville, and I have faced several challenges in recent years that have left me feeling overwhelmed and discouraged. After hearing your podcast episode, I realized that building resilience is something I need to focus on if I want to overcome these obstacles and create a fulfilling life for myself. However, I am not sure where to start. I would greatly appreciate any advice or resources you can offer on how to develop resilience and overcome challenges in life. Are there specific habits or practices that you recommend? Are there any books or podcasts that you think would be helpful for me to check out?
