You may know Javon Johnson from the hit TV series by Tyler Perry called The Oval. But what you'll find out about him in this episode is his heart and passion not only for his craft in theater and acting but for helping others as well.  We talk about his company Bear Fruit Conservatory which is a non-profit school that provides high quality education and career development for individuals in his home town, we discuss what its like working with Tyler Perry and what he's learned through life being a Life Long Student of so many things.
