Listening (Week 1) - Why & How Do We Listen - Elder Tom Bryde

Each year, we take a look at the birth of our Savior, Jesus. This year, we will be looking at Jesus' birth and those individuals that were a part of the Biblical narrative found in the New Testament: The Magi, The Shepherds, king Herod, Mary, and Joseph. These people listened and responded differently to the good news of Messiah's coming to earth. How are we reacting to the voice of God speaking to us? Do we find ourselves aligning with a specific group of people from the story of Jesus' birth? We want to prepare our hearts to hear one of the most important stories in all of history and understand the importance of listening to and for the voice of God in our lives each day.
