Literacy Teacher To Do List For the Summer to Help You Create a Positive Peer Learning Community

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week May 8-12   I want to take a minute to just say THANK YOU for all you do. Despite all of the challenges this school year, you have risen to every occasion and met every challenge with compassion, creativity, and care for all of your learners. You are a superhero with an invisible cape, going the extra mile and soaring above and beyond your job requirements. Thank you for believing in ALL of your students and never giving up on them. It is your willingness to believe that all things are possible for your learners that helps them fly towards their dreams. You know how to bring the best out of each and every one of your learners. And as this school year comes to a close, I want you to think about how much you have accomplished. And how much your students or children have accomplished. Focus on the positives and celebrate BIG!!! As the instructional coach of Kingdom Seed Christian Academy, I'm now doing a lot of planning work around the learning environment, classroom set-up, curriculum, materials, resources, and how to launch a student-led community in the fall.
