Local non-profit Little Blessings is celebrating its first anniversary. Visited with founder Corrine Woods, Chillicothe Police Det. Bud Lytle and Board member Joe Weathersbee for a review and look ahead to 2017. Corrine's a Chillicothe Middle School student with a special drive. Lytle talks about how vital Little Blessings has been to our local K-9 Units and events planned for 2017. Weathersbee, a retired Chillicothe Police Officer talks about the group's "Yard Dog", the newest fundraising project featuring the scarecrow dog from last October's Downtown Associates' Scarecrow contest.
