Lytle talks about how vital Little Blessings has been to our local K-9 Units and events planned for 2017. Weathersbee, a retired Chillicothe Police Officer talks about the group's "Yard Dog", the newest fundraising project featuring the scarecrow dog from last October's Downtown Associates' Scarecrow contest.
