Little Fluffy Clouds 1 1/2 oz Gin 1 Egg White 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 1/2 oz Creme de Violette Dry shake all ingredients, then shake again with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, express Lemon zest over top of cocktail. Aviation 2 oz Gin 1/2 oz Maraschino Liqueur 1/4 oz Creme de Violette 1/2 oz Lemon Juice Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a Maraschino Cherry. Biggles Aviation by Simon Difford 1 1/2 oz Gin 1/2 oz Ginger Liqueur 1/2 oz Fresh Lemon Juice 1/3 oz Simple Syrup 1/24 oz Creme de Violette Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, garnish with a Maraschino Cherry.
