About Breaking The CeilingBreaking the Ceiling with Ashwin Bhadri is an initiative to bring together the brilliant minds in the business to share their idea-focused entrepreneurial journey to foster learning and inspiration.About the Guest -Bhakti Mehta is the chef and founder of Little Food Co & Little Food Daily.Prior to her foray into food, Bhakti worked in advertising with SSC&B Lintas and in marketing with Star TV. While Bhakti has a degree in marketing and advertising, food is her primary passion. A self-taught chef, Bhakti pursued cooking and catering for intimate ten to 15 seat gatherings as a hobby on weekends with one assistant. Eleven years later, Little Food Co. is a 30-member enterprise operating out of a 2,000 square feet commercial kitchen equipped to cater for parties of up to 1000 people. Innovation or re-inventing is key to Bhakti’s culinary craft. In 2016, the serial entrepreneur set up Little Food Daily to address the gap in the delivery market. The online delivery service is focused on providing well-portioned, well-priced, homely and healthful meals than span cuisines such as Mexican, Asian, Indian and American. With over a decade’s worth of F&B experience, Bhakti also consults with upcoming and established food brands. In her capacity as a consultant, she has developed menus and concepts for chains and stand-alones in the country.When she’s not in the kitchen Bhakti, a former state-level badminton player, engages with the sport and daydreams about setting up her dream Taqueria in Mumbai.About the HostHi, I am Ashwin Bhadri the CEO of Equinox Labs - India's leading Food, Water & Air Testing Lab.
