Jen is also a speaker, Graphic designer, Wife, Mother and founder of LivingZeroProof. Sober since April 24, 2013, Jen coaches women struggling with alcohol on how to implement healthy habits to manage stress and overwhelm to forge a sustainable path to recovery. Throughout her 10 years living alcohol-free, she values the importance of taking care of all aspects of your health in sobriety: your physical health and your mental health. On our episode we discus how you don't need to have a problem with alcohol to take a break or reevaluate your relationship with it. We touch on how taking a month off can improve many different areas of your life. Jen talks about how she loves habits and incorporates them into her groups from the get go.
