A 69 year old Over The Road truck driver was convicted of shooting and killing a 29 year old Florida trucker. The elder driver carried a shot gun with him and pulled it out during an alleged road rage incident. He said the younger driver tried to take his gun away so he shot the man, not once but twice. The driver died on scene.
