Live in Christ | Against the Tide

Colossians 2:6-23 Paul says, “as you have received Christ Jesus as Lord, continue to live in Him”. If we are going to swim against the tide we must ensure that we are focused on Christ. The world wants us to ignore what we know and live a distracted life. Paul warned the Colossians against the additions they were being encouraged to make to their faith in Christ, such as philosophy, legalism, mysticism and asceticism. These can add nothing to what they already have.
