Live Interview on 8/3/21

from New Life Radio · host Arnold Brown

Friends and Family, at 7 P.M. CST on this upcoming Tuesday night, I will be on a call where I will be sharing my transformation story. Over this past year of having lost over 60 lbs and now bringing it back up, I have learned that there is a difference between being fit and being healthy. Many diet a certain way and get fit, but oftentimes at the expense of their own health. Sounds strange, right? Results from processes like these are not fun nor sustainable. But if you diet nutritiously, not only can the results of being fit be maintained, but you will enjoy and feel good during the process. Doesn't that sound much better? If you would like to hear about my transformation story and what I have to say about being fit vs being healthy, message me on Instagram @newliferadio for more details. I hope to see you then!
