Last week we got a look at King Jesus's weapons. No swords. No armour. Just straight up words of truth. This week we'll get a glimpse of his wardrobe. It's the kind of gear that never goes out of style. In the moments before Jesus was sentenced to die, he stood before the watching world wearing a crown, and a robe. He was surrounded by a noisy crowd. And nobody could anticipate what He was about to do. Everything he wore in that moment proclaimed to the world what he was about to do. He was about to stare down the curse of death and abolish it once and for all. Join us this week as we worship the Lord who came to earth dressed for battle with our greatest enemy.
