Audrey Seymour brings a diverse background to my coaching and consulting work, with expertise in both analytical and intuitive disciplines. Before starting her business in 2003, she spent over 15 years as a software development manager and lead engineer, loving the art of solving challenging puzzles.She had a 5-year business as a Certified Rolfer, practicing a form of bodywork that aligned clients’ bodies in gravity which led to inner alignment. And she's been involved with inner work and presence-based inquiry since 1975, fulfilling a hunger to deeply understand the nature of the human experience.Since she was very young, she's been curious about the nature of the universe, from the smallest detail to the largest perspective. Astronomy was her first love, leading her to degrees in Mathematics with a minor in Physics from Caltech and UC Berkeley.After 40 years in the San Francisco Bay Area, she recently moved with her husband to the beautiful big nature setting of Coeur d’Alene in Northern Idaho.
