Live R&D- Let's Try New Flavors!

Today at Coffee Beanery, we had a blast doing a live coffee tasting session with our very own Patti, Britain, and Will. We decided to spice things up and bring Will along for a fun morning of trying out new flavored coffees. Although we missed grabbing Mother’s Day gifts, it turned out to be a productive session to catch up on some much-needed R&D.During the live session, we blind-tasted several new flavors. Melissa, our trusted colleague, brewed the coffee and cleverly placed the names underneath a card on the table, making each sip a guessing game. We shared laughs, tackled some shipping mishaps, and enjoyed the camaraderie. Despite a brief interruption when Kevin accidentally might have knocked a wire during the livestream, the fun didn't stop.Our discussion ranged from new product launches, including coffee pods and bulk offerings, to the daily challenges and delights of running a busy coffee brand. We introduced new 96 and 192 count packages due to popular demand and hinted at exciting new flavors launching next month.We also reflected on personal stories, like dealing with returning college students and their laundry habits, or the endearing tale of local wildlife engaging with the family pets. The session was filled with personal anecdotes, laughter, and of course, plenty of coffee.Customer interaction was a highlight. We responded to comments live, discussed shipping updates, and shared our experiences with new and classic flavors. As Mother’s Day approached, we discussed plans and the joy of sending handwritten cards to customers who ordered gifts for their loved ones.Our live sessions are not just about tasting coffee; they're a chance to connect with our community, share behind-the-scenes glimpses of our brand, and just have a good time together.
