Stephen works out of the West Coast of Scotland and is currently incorporating SAP properties into his portfolio of rental properties. They talk about several of the roadblocks he is facing and discuss effective ways to overcome them.   Including, persuading letting agents to rent out properties to you as an SAP landlord. They discuss how to get around the situation when it appears that the agent is not telling the owner that you are interested in renting the property. As well as how to prove you are not going to be using the property as an HMO.
