Howard Simon, graduated from Buffalo State in 1984 and has been covering the Buffalo sports scene since 1989, working at WJJL, WBEN and the Empire Sports Network before joining WGR in 2004. Howard's also a huge fan of the New York Mets and for some reason, refuses to give up his team. The 2024 Hall of Fame class for the Buffalo Broadcasting Association Hall of Fame has been announced and it includes longtime WGR 550 Sports Radio morning host Howard Simon.
