Sumeet (Sim) Shergill is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO) and Registered Behaviour Analyst whose work lives at the intersection of clinical care, behavioural science, and lived experience. For sixteen years, she has consulted in brain injury rehabilitation, walking alongside people through trauma, anxiety, and the long, nonlinear work of rebuilding a life after a defining event.She holds a Master of Science in Applied Behaviour Analysis with Merit from Bangor University in Wales, and an Honours Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, where she double majored in Psychology and Sociology. Registered as a psychotherapist since 2015 and as a behaviour analyst in 2025, Sim also serves as an adjunct professor at Seneca Polytechnic, teaching in the Behavioural Health Sciences and Behavioural Psychology programs.Her clinical approach leans into third wave and process based therapies, holding space for both acceptance and change rather than rigid protocols.
