VegWorld Magazine sat down with Mark Reinfeld to find out how he transformed his life from an ordinary person, living a mainstream existence, to an award-winning vegan chef living his passion. Mark is the author and co-author of five cookbooks, including his latest, “The 30-Minute Vegan’s Taste of Europe.” He’s also the winner of Vegan.com’s Recipe of the Year award for 2011, and he has over 20 years experience preparing creative vegan and raw food cuisine.
