LiveStrong at the YMCA

Had a great conversation with Brandon Maddox and Leila Washington from the YMCA of Greater Montgomery about the upcoming Livestrong at the YMCA at Bell road. It starts August 5th and this program is designed for those who have been newly diagnosed with cancer, living with cancer currently or a cancer survivor. It focuses on the physical and emotional wellness and support needed/ Leila also talks about her experience as a cancer survivor and going through the program.
