Our relationship with God is eternal, not temporary. We don’t turn our Christianity on and off like a light switch. Our hope is not in this world, but our hope is in our eternal Savior Jesus Christ. To live a fulfilling life we must keep our eyes on the eternal things. There is no lasting hope in temporary things.
