S4 Ep 55: Living a Life of Legacy discusses the sudden and tragic death of five time NBA Championship winner and two time Olympic gold medalist. Kobe Bryant, 41 and his daughter Gianna "GiGi" Bryant, 13, in a fatal helicopter crash on January 26, 2020, along with seven other lives that were unfortunately lost. I brought two of my best friends, therapist Shana Simmons and health and wellness trainer Jalisa, to talk about loss and grief as they both have  experienced the loss of a family member and positive ways to cope with grief. We share our thoughts on media ethics on the passing of celebrities and raise the question if there is some sort of "media tragedy coach" for celebrities to help deal and prepare for the lost of a loved one. We share our 5 love languages and the best practices/proper way to show us love and the importance of telling our loved ones we love them and "give people their roses while they still can smell them". We also talk about Jalisa's 21 Day Fresh Start Fitness Challenge that will conclude on Sunday, February 2, 2020 and the benefits of committing 21 days to a lifestyle change.
