LIVING ABOVE REPROACH!

from The Kingdom Of God First Podcast. · host Tewe Kolade Felix

Devotional Message: Scripture: "In everything set them an example by doing what is good. In your teaching show integrity, seriousness and soundness of speech that cannot be condemned, so that those who oppose you may be ashamed because they have nothing bad to say about us." – Titus 2:7–8 Living above reproach means living in such a way that our character, actions, and words reflect the holiness and integrity of Christ. Paul urges Titus to be an example—not just in what he says, but in how he lives. A blameless life doesn’t mean perfection; it means consistent, sincere obedience that silences criticism and honours God. When we live above reproach, our conduct backs up our faith. Our lives preach a sermon louder than our words ever could. In a world watching for hypocrisy, believers are called to stand out through good works, integrity, seriousness, and sound speech. This doesn’t come from trying to impress people, but from a desire to honor God in all things. Living above reproach also protects our witness. It closes the door to slander and opens the door for influence. Even when others try to oppose us, they will find no fault when our lives reflect God’s truth and love. Today, ask yourself: Does my life reflect the gospel I profess? Am I living in a way that silences criticism and brings honour to God? Prayer: Almighty Father, help me to live above reproach in everything I do. Let my actions, words, and attitudes reflect Your righteousness and integrity. Strengthen me to be an example of goodness and truth in a world that desperately needs it. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
