Living as Light #5 - Honour, Duty and Love Within the Family

Children can rebel against authority, and parents can use it harshly. Ephesians 6 says young children honour their parents mainly through obedience, while children of every age must keep treating parents with respect and care. This duty is right and follows God's law, but love for Jesus gives Christians a new desire to obey. Parents also answer to Christ.
