Living Authentically, Connecting Unencumbered With Ashur Ellis

from Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast · host Digital Trailblazers

Welcome to the Personal Development Trailblazers Podcast! In this episode, we’ll dive into the power of living authentically and connecting with others unencumbered by doubts or societal standards.  Imagine living a life where you no longer hide, shrink, or suppress parts of yourself—where you can finally sleep peacefully because you're being 100% honest with yourself and others. This is the heart of connection coaching, and it's what Ashur Ellis is passionate about. As a connection coach, Ashur helps individuals shed the masks they’ve been wearing, uncover their authentic desires, and make life choices free from guilt or obligation. His work is deeply personal—rooted in his own journey of overcoming people-pleasing, enduring two years of insomnia, and navigating the hard truths that eventually led to joy and fulfillment. Now, Ashur guides others to embrace their messy, unfiltered truths and build lives filled with ease and authenticity. Ashur’s path has been anything but ordinary. Born under the Florida sun, he’s taught theater as trauma release in Malaysia, built off-grid homes in Hawaii and California, taught high school in Oakland, run a startup in San Francisco, picked fruit in Hawaii, and even sailed across Indonesia. Through it all, Ashur has explored what it means to be deeply connected to himself and others. Using modalities like NLP, circling, and embodiment practices (yes, dance is part of the process!), Ashur creates a judgment-free space where clients can fully express themselves and decide what to do with the clarity they uncover. With him, there’s no holding back—just the freedom to be unapologetically you.
