Most recently, she has taken the helm of several series including STARZ’s Black Family Mafia and Lee Daniels' FOX show, "Our Kind of People," and Amazon's "Harlem."  In this episode, we talk to Tasha about how her upbringing in Camden, New Jersey influenced her approach to filmmaking and TV and why she practices radical vulnerability in all her relationships. Plus, we dive into her spiritual journey and how she came to believe in a higher power.
