Living Deeper, Truer, Freer
from SACRED FREEDOM Hosted by Elizabeth Marth
After several months away, Elizabeth Marth returns to the podcast with a new name and an honest look at where she has been on her journey. Elizabeth shares what she's been learning: how to live deeper, truer, and freer, and why that journey required stepping back from nearly everyone else's voice in her life so she could finally hear her own. She reflects on the years following her mother's passing, a season spent absorbing coaching, certifications, and outside wisdom, until she realized she'd built a good life around everyone's voice but her own. From there, Elizabeth opens up about learning to sit in silence with herself and with God, trusting her own intuition, and slowly releasing the pressure to perform, in her relationships, her work, and even in how she shows up to record a podcast. This episode also introduces the heart behind the new name, Sacred Freedom: closeness with God, and freedom from fear, old conditioning, and the need to explain herself to anyone. It's a warm, unfiltered reintroduction, and an invitation for listeners to give themselves permission to live differently too.
