Living Faithfully Amid Spiritual Decline 2: Dangerous Connections - 2 Kings 3

There's a saying in that comes out of scripture that reads, "Bad company corrupts good morals," or "Bad company corrupts good character". The thought behind it is for us to consider the company that we keep because there is an influence upon us and upon our character. Parents of course know this and have watched the effect of both great and not so great company on our kids. Parents definitely lean into this and encourage our kids towards good company because of the effect it has upon them. But this affects us all. We are definitely affected by the company that we keep. I'm speaking these days out of 2 Kings on living faithfully amid spiritual decline. So in a day of spiritual decline, who our company is becomes very important.
