Beth calls herself a Motherhood Story Coach because she believes that discovering, exploring and clearing the stories and interpretations we carry about motherhood shifts us into greater freedom. Beth defines freedom as the desire and capability to make choices from our individual place of deeper knowing, unencumbered by the should’s and could’s of our cultural clutter. Beth’s path to find her own freedom started because her life didn’t work out as imagined: divorced at 36, officially childless at 42, constantly battling anxiety. Walking through her grief and unraveling her own stories and interpretations is what eventually unlocked her own ability to stand in the power of her whole humanness and create space for a new version of her life.
