Living Her Dream!

My guest on this episode only came to America 10 years ago.  Not knowing anyone, Viki and her husband laid down roots in the US and she brought with her a dream of opening a Gelato Shop.  But not just any shop, she wanted it to be the BEST!  And she's doing just that, named after her daughter Delini opened it's doors less than a year ago in W Roxbury.  Viki hit some road blocks on her way to opening, but did not let that stop her.  She's the kind of woman that pushes past all of the no's to get to a yes!  Not "we can't do it" but "how can we do it?"  Opening during the pandemic she missed the opportunity for a "grand opening" but plans to make it happen this year!  I have no doubt this will not be the last we hear from her!
