Living in the Miracle of Your Divinity with Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati

from Living in the Miracle Zone

In this episode, I had the wonderful pleasure of speaking with a dear friend and beloved spiritual teacher, Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati.  Sadhvi shows us how to open to miracles every moment and experience profound happiness and fulfillment in life. Based in Rishikesh, India, Sadhvi is a motivational speaker, social activist, and the author of the #1 best-selling memoir, Hollywood to the Himalayas: A Journey of Healing and Transformation, which outlines her miraculous Transformation and Spiritual Awakening. Working with the United Nations and the Global Interfaith WASH Alliance, Sadhvi has received countless awards for her humanitarian work.  Sadhvi's story is so fascinating.  Her journey was entirely accidental–or, as she says, full of synchronicities that she wasn't looking for. In the midst of her Ph.D.studies at Stanford, she very reluctantly agreed to visit India with her husband.  And yet, what unfolded was breathtaking, unexpected, and profound. It was a true experience of the Divine. Together with us, she examines the details that led to her awakening and how that awakening changed her perspective of what a 'privileged' life really is. She shares how to experience the kind of happiness that endures and goes beyond an ordinary life.  Sadhvi talks of continuous gratitude and acceptance of the movements and mysteries of the Universe. And she teaches us three practices we can all use to open up to miracles. I loved her perspective on what it means to live boldly in the Miracle Zone, and I think you will too! Join us, and enjoy!   "The reason that we take birth is to awaken to our divinity, to wake up to our true selves, and to live that."   - Sadhvi Bhagawati Saraswati   What we talked about:  Sadhvi's journey of awakening (5:00) Sadhvi's first true encounter with the Divine (11:10) How to tap into grace and miracles(16:43) Why it's so important to enjoy the gift of life and cherish each day (24:08) The first two practices for living in the flow of miracles and grace (28:14) Instead of asking what's missing, ask what's right about this moment. (31:46)  A third simple and profound practice she calls The Trust Fall (32:20)    Favorite quotes from the episode:  "The Universe is not a vending machine. It's not going to give you just what you think you want. It's going to give you that which is best for you." "The reason that we take birth is to awaken to our divinity, to wake up to our true selves, and to live that."  "It wasn't that the miracle was becoming a monastic or that the miracles are because I'm a monastic, it was that I had thought my life was going to be something totally different. The miracle was that I had the clarity, the connection, and the courage to open my heart to what my dharma was."   "We are the miracles."    Connect with Sadhvi:  Website   Hollywood to the Himalayas: A Journey of Healing and Transformation     Connect with Us:   Website Instagram Find Your Miracle Superpower  https://www.facebook.com/groups/livinginthemiraclezone/
