Maybe you drive and do business calls, watch TV and scroll on your phone, eat dinner and watch TV, etc….pick that one task and solely execute that singular task. Stop and Smell The Roses!Take a mindful walk or run….outside in nature, turn the podcasts or music off and listen to the sounds of the world around you.
