So instead of living in trauma towers - a place where you have resident with your wounds, trauma and hurt. Just leave! Leave the job, the man, the friendship the school. Leave any and all things that no longer serves you. And move out of trauma towers. This episode is my 2 cents on how this can be done. Join Tiff in the S.H.I.F.T. Work Community.
