Living is superficial when you complain, blame, feel guilty. Facing ‘what is’ ‘as is’ is concentration of total energy.

from Fundamental Expressions · host Y V Chawla

We are carried away by what others are doing, achieving. We think as if they have solved the enigma of life and are living psychologically comfortable. We think as if there is some permanent solution. Once we see this, we are face to face with pain and uncertainty we are facing. Whole energy is concentrated here. You want to resolve the mystery of existence or you think by coining the ideas of God and so on you have resolved it. What happens or what you face makes you perplexed time and again as you are not able to coin any satisfactory explanation for what is happening. Can you absorb the perplexion, dissatisfaction without any explanation not by showing your inability to resolve but by seeing that all explanations postpone the issue. You are face to face with ‘what is’. Living is superficial when you are consoling yourself or others. Living is superficial when you complain, blame, feel guilty. Facing ‘what is’ ‘as is’ is concentration of total energy. You are on the magical ground.
