Natalya Berdikyan is the founder and CEO of Life By Design Academy and Frontline Consulting, a firm that helps individuals and organizations grow to their full potential; beyond existing borders and boundaries. She is originally from Moscow and has lived in the USA, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Germany. She has over 20 years of experience in building businesses in various sectors and geographies. In this interview we discuss always challenging the status quo, embracing, and managing change. Being an entrepreneur at heart, she also sits on various boards including Entrepreneurs' Organization. Natalya consults with businesses and coaches leaders, delivers, keynotes, and trains around the world. She holds an MBA with a focus in HR and a BA in International Business Management, specializing in Marketing. At age 16, she was an exchange student from Russia that studied in California. She lived with 4 families and attended 2 schools in 1 year. Today, she's a yoga practitioner, painter, and active traveler, experiencing life to its fullest potential!
