What if you could live with the energy and vitality of your younger years—well into your 60s, 70s, and beyond? Dr. Kevin Wall sits down with 69-year-old health coach and volunteer powerhouse Tudor Melville, whose life proves that age doesn’t have to mean decline. From running 5Ks to volunteering weekly at food banks and ministries in Mexico, Tudor shares the four-part formula that keeps him burning bright: purpose, physical activity, mental activity, and maintaining a healthy weight. In this episode, you’ll learn: Why purpose is the single most important key to long-term health How to keep your body strong and your joints healthy with consistent movement The surprising role of mental activity in preventing cognitive decline A simple, proven strategy for losing weight without starving yourself How volunteering, community, and accountability can transform your life Resources: Tudor Melville Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/tudor.melville Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/healthcoachtudor/?hl=en Optavia Weight Loss & Health Program: https://www.optavia.com/us/en/ Midwest Food Bank: https://midwestfoodbank.org/ Toastmasters International: https://www.toastmasters.org/ Contact Tudor for coaching: Click Here Guest Bio: Tudor Melville is a health coach, volunteer, and retired business owner whose life is a testament to the power of purpose, movement, and community. After building a successful international electronics company, Tudor sold his business in 2019, but quickly realized he needed a new mission. That mission became twofold: helping others achieve optimal health and serving those in need. Through his work as an Optavia health coach, Tudor has helped over 500 people lose weight and reclaim their vitality. When he’s not coaching, he’s volunteering with local food banks, delivering fresh food to communities in Arizona and Mexico, and leading prison ministry programs that include building a church and starting a tortilla factory behind bars. At nearly 70, Tudor is in the best shape of his life—running weekly 5Ks, completing 37 pull-ups, and proving that anyone can burn bright to the end.
