Sometimes strong vision can be cast without lack clear direction to work toward it. When this happens, you can easily think: "Well, it looks sounds great ... I want it... but how does this work itself out practically?" I am so thankful that God not only gives us a clear vision and calling for our lives but also practical instruction on how to actually move into those new attitudes of heart and life. This morning we continue our series: "Thanks and Living" as we go to the Psalms asking the Lord to deepen our heart's gratitude for Him. We are called to be thankful people. Last week, we realized the foundation for our thankfulness is our satisfaction in Him: who He is and what He has done for us in Christ. Today as we go to the Word together, we will see how thankfulness can work itself out in our day-to-day living. In practical ways within the real circumstances and feelings we face, how can we keep our hearts in a position of gratitude toward Him? When we learn to thank and trust God as we walk through life, He will be the most glorified and we will be most satisfied. We're so glad you're here!
