“Living Water” | SUMMER AT BETHLEHEM - Week 9 | July 26th, 2026

You can admire a bottle of water all day, but it won't hydrate you until you drink it. Thirsty People Make Vulnerable Choices: The thirstier you become, the lower your standards drop for what you are willing to drink. When we don't satisfy our souls in Christ, we end up drinking from dirty, toxic wells—damaging marriages, careers, and personal integrity in search of fulfillment. Relationships & Status Cannot Save: Expecting a spouse, a career, a bank account, or a truck to satisfy your soul will crush that relationship or goal under the weight of an expectation only Jesus can fulfill. Drinking = Believing: To "drink" of Jesus means to place the full weight of your trust (pisteuo) in Him, letting Him take up residence in your life and trusting Him to sustain your future. There Is No Other Stream: Quoting from C. S. Lewis’s The Silver Chair, Pastor Chris reminds us that "There is no other stream."
