Living Well Clinically with God’s Resources with Dr. Aaron Chapa

from Andy’s Substack Podcast · host Andy Charles

Dr. Aaron Chapa’s journey toward health and wellness began at a young age. Struggling with his weight in eighth grade, he made the life-changing decision to eliminate sugar, shedding 45 pounds over one summer. This experience ignited his passion for nutrition and living a healthy lifestyle. However, it was during his freshman year in college, when Dr. Chapa held his father in his final moments after a sudden heart attack, that his mission became clear. Realizing how the traditional medical system had failed his father with inadequate cardiovascular care, Dr. Chapa committed his life to exploring how proper nutrition, mental wellness, and daily healthy practices can truly heal the body at a cellular level. A graduate of Texas Chiropractic College, Dr. Chapa and his wife founded Living Well Clinical Nutrition Center in 2007. Starting with humble beginnings and their first child in tow, they sought to help people achieve wellness without relying on drugs or surgery. Their family has embraced a natural lifestyle—opting for home births, no vaccinations, and no pharmaceutical drugs—reflecting the very principles Dr. Chapa teaches his patients daily. With over 20 years of dedicated study under the guidance of some of the leading minds in functional wellness, Dr. Chapa has committed himself to educating others on the profound impact of cellular health. His mantra, “All life starts and stops at the cellular level,” embodies his approach to holistic healing. Today, Dr. Chapa resides in League City, Texas, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and four children while deepening his relationship with Jesus Christ. His life’s work continues to be centered on empowering others to live well through the principles of functional nutrition and natural health.
