Without growth, a church is vulnerable and susceptible to errant teaching, bad leaders, and immaturity. God gave the church shepherds and teachers to guard and protect its maturity. Christian service and ministry work contributes directly to spiritual maturity. Pastor Andrew called the church to start serving, learning and praying.
