Natasha Ravinand, author of Girls With Dreams: Inspiring Girls to Code and Create in the New Generation is a high school junior with a passion for STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math), who is striving to close the gender gap in tech. She talked about the reasons that girls lose interest in STEM subjects, and why the inclusion of women and minorities in technical workplaces is so important.
