Living with communication with others & yourself

How's life going with you and communication? Are you feeling heard by those around you? Is life feeling off and not sure about which way to go, say, or be? On today's show, I would love to support you in some experiences that I've had in learning some really deep lessons and experiences about communication. We are in a time where we're all reinvesting in ourselves in some way, because that's a daily walk from the day we're born to the day we're not. And so going into this is always time to reinvest who we are and communication we do with others and ourselves. We do have moments that do teach us and show us why the communication is the keys about our experiences that we walk through. I would love to give you some insight and help you. Maybe get a different perspective on living your life more with blessings than pain.
